Home What We Do

We abide by our members at every step, from the moment they learn their HIV status to struggles with discrimination to holding marches for the rights of people living with HIV. We are concerned with the physical, social, and mental health of our members and society.

Clinic-based Services

babyIn close partnership with the Episcopal Diocese of Honduras and the Ministry of Health of Honduras, we run two AIDS and primary care treatment clinics providing medical care and social support services.

Outreach

fund3Our staff and members (people who use our services) provide HIV education, testing, and counseling and community health fairs to commercial sex workers, gay men, transgendered individuals, Garifuna (Afro Caribbean) communities, soldiers, and the urban poor living on less than $2/day.
