We're fighting the HIV/AIDS epidemic in Honduras. With effective medical treatment and comprehensive social services, Siempre Unidos literally means new life for many of our clients. In stigma-laden Honduras, we're using education and confidential screening to limit the spread of the disease. Our commercial brand, Siempre Sol, provides employment for HIV positive workers, and helps build a self-sustaining model for Latin America.

Volunteers Remodel Roatan clinic



In August, a group of 19 US volunteers arrived in Roatan to build a fence and remodel a Siempre Unidos workshop.

We were honored with a visit from The Most Reverend Katharine Jefferts Schori, the presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Church in the US on May 11.

Founder Receives Honorary Doctorate



Dr. Denise Main was awarded an honorary doctorate in humane letters from the Berkeley Divinity School at Yale for her work for Siempre Unidos.
